2 hot dog sausages (lean pork, poultry or plant-based)
2 hot dog buns
Sriracha sauce (to taste)
200 g potatoes (for fries)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

150 g cabbage, shredded
1 small carrot, julienned
2 tbsp vinegar (rice vinegar or white wine vinegar)
1 tsp sugar or honey
Salt and pepper
